Event: National software testing conference, 19 & 20 May 2015

We attended the National Software Testing Conference on 19th and 20th May, at the British Museum in Holborn, London.

Colin Deady, Testing Manager held a roundtable session on Tuesday 19th May, 11.15am on 'Behaviour Driven Development: achieving zero known defects on software releases.'

A 'discuss and learn' workshop, which discussed the following:

  • Is "good enough" really good enough, when Zero Known Defects as an extension to BDD can give us more?
  • How can we bridge the gap between business features and technical functionality in our Gherkins?
  • How can we automate acceptance from day one of a project?
We also ran a competition of which the lucky winner recieved a prize of a Quadcopter!
