Title: Capita and O2, overcoming the challenges of testing a Natural IVR solution.

In 2013, Telefonica and Capita formed a strategic partnership to manage O2’s Customer Services Centres and deliver a digital service proposition for O2 customers. This proposition included Natural Language IVR which allows customers to state the reason for their call and be routed to the appropriate agent.

During this talk, we will cover some of the many challenges that we faced and overcame through the use of innovation in testing, and how you can improve your approach when testing IVR.

Our speakers:

Simon Lisk - Transformation Programme Director
Simon has over 17 years’ experience leading complex business transformation across a range of sectors. He is currently leading digital transformation for Capita’s customer management partnership with O2.
