Job role
Business Change: The role is one of leading Business Change engagements with customers. Due to expansion there is a requirement to further build and develop the Business Change capability within the Delivery & Change Practice.

This is a key role that will ensure projects/change initiatives meet objectives by enabling and delivering the business change required, often associated with the adoption of new technology. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies using a structured approach that maximise employee adoption and usage to ensure benefits are realised.

• Strong bias towards people, process and organisational change, with IT/technology awareness
• Experience of adoption of the Office 365 (Digital Workplace)
• Highly motivated and committed to delivering great projects that realise benefits

• Confident and personable with strong inter-personal skills
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering Business Change
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation
• Listen, engage and discuss appropriately (consultative, not afraid to challenge, does not preach)
• Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal, written & presentational)
• Proactive and collaborative approach to working with clients, colleagues, partners & vendors

Key Responsibilities
• Lead on Business Change engagements with customers
• Apply a structured methodology to Business Change that maximises employee adoption, reduces resistance/risk and maximises benefits realisation
• Elicit understanding of customer requirements/needs/drivers/challenges
• Support and engage key stakeholders to effect lasting change
• Apply innovative, engaging and re-usable ways of articulating complex messages to all levels of an organisation
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and change impact
• Collaborative working with CoE Lead, Business Change to develop services and propositions
• Input into presentations, proposals and Statements of Work (SoW)
• Maintain awareness of developments in Business Change to ensure remain relevant/current

Skill Profile
• ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for Business Change
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Qualification in Business Change / Change Management
• Knowledge of structured methods and frameworks used to plan and manage Business Change
• Deeper knowledge of one or more methods or tools, for example, Prosci
• Self-motivating and self-managing
• Strong task orientation (“gets things done”) with proactive approach to managing actions/owners
• Able to negotiate/manage own work priorities and deadlines, escalating if required
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies

• Able to travel and work on/across UK mainland
- Outside possibility of Ireland/Norther Ireland
- Europe is an aspiration and would be discussed at a future/appropriate date
• Able to stay away from home when required
