We have extensive and significant experience of designing and implementing test governance and management approaches, gained on some of the most complex and largest scale programmes in the country. From this experience we offer customers support in how to define and implement governance and management approaches and structures that are appropriate to them.

We support customers in defining their testing policies and turning these into practical and pragmatic test strategies, so that programmes understand what, how and why a particular testing approach is being followed. We also provide test planning services, where we deliver robust and realistic test plans, that are based on extensive experience, deep insight, common sense and a strong sense of realism.

We help customers understand their own situations by offering a review and assessment capability, based on our extensive experiences and insights. We follow a flexible but structured process and can offer varying depths of review, from a short, sharp, high-level assessment suitable for making strategic decisions, to in-depth, highly detailed assessments suitable for redesign of a complete function.

Because of our corporate background we have extensive experience in combining all of our testing services into a single Managed Testing Service where we take responsibility for some or all of a customers testing, over an extended period. These engagements also typically include improvement targets.
